In winter the Koralpe, Klippitztörl and Weinebene ski regions cast a spell on the Lavanttal region and turn it into the “ski school of Carinthia”. The pistes are ideally suited to beginners and those returning to skiing after a break, while away from the slopes there is plenty of variety and fun with snowshoe hikes, ski tours, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and more.
