Values, which a paramount to our young, biodynamic winery in the very south of Austria. Here, at the shores of the lake Längsee, we solely focus on Burgundy grape varietals: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Very simple: They become a vintage white blend, a red wine, a Sparkling, or a skin-contact white.
It is our philosophy to capture the true essence of the grape and it´s original place, showing a pure, natural vintage wine, unblemished by technical interventions. After spontaneous fermentation our wines ripen inbetween 12 and 48 month in big oak barrels. Certified organic (AT-BIO-402) and rooted in regenerative agriculture, we take our responsibility for the soil we stand on — and the people we work with — seriously.
